Liquidation of a company with the establishment of 2 new private companies under the simplified tax system

There appeared a need to divide the property into two new companies under the simplified tax system (STS) and liquidate the old company.

Solution:

We changed the region of business operations, prepared for the separation procedure, conducted negotiations with the tax inspection, fulfilled the requirements of the Control and Analytical Department, and liquidated the company without any audit.
