My legal career began in 2005 with the service of company liquidation. Over the years, two more practices emerged: “Bankruptcy of a private company" and "Tax disputes", later criminal practice in the field of economic and corruption crimes was added.

Today, "Rusyaev & Partners" is a team of field-specific lawyers, attorneys, tax consultants, and other experts. The experience gained during 17+ years of handling complex legal processes, strategic partnership, and the status of our employees enable us to find the right solutions and effectively protect the interests of our clients.

In 2023, former President of the Republic of Kalmykia, prominent political figure, and entrepreneur Kirsan Ilyumzhinov became a senior partner of “Rusyaev & Partners”.

The key objective of this partnership was to participate in and implement the projects requiring a mutually beneficial dialogue between businesses and authorities. Thanks to the experience and the status of our partners, we have all the necessary resources at our disposal to facilitate a constructive dialogue between businesses and authorities in order to find mutually beneficial solutions.

Together with Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, several projects have been successfully realised. These include organising and conducting high-level negotiations in Russia and other countries, as well as resolving complex legal issues.

In 2024, due to his transition to civil service, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov had to leave “Rusyaev & Partners”. Nevertheless, we constantly communicate and discuss our common business interests.
